 For two years, I helmed the creative strategy and output for our state’s tram operator. Navigating a complex and ever-changing political environment as the State Government brought operations in-house, I worked diligently to leverage opportunities to "do more with less." My inaugural campaign, "Our Giants," received national recognition at the John Holland Customer Innovation Awards, building a lasting physical presence that extended well beyond the in-housing process. By leading all elements of strategy, marketing insights, production, and event activation, I developed a body of work that performed far beyond its budget. Leveraging a unique skillset that spans from hands-on production to executive leadership, this project demonstrated my capacity to deliver safety-critical messaging that resonated with the public while satisfying complex government stipulations.
